LondonAvoid at all costs. They left huge streaks in the varnish. Said would fade after 3 weeks but it’s been a week already and no change. Will update. Also damaged my bed, my wardrobe and a very expensive chair. First accepted responsibility and now they are refusing to make an insurance claim. Ivan said he would come back and try again but since they don’t know why it went wrong I’ve totally lost faith in them. Plus, I don’t trust them with my possessions in my flat. Further, even though they know the job wasn’t done properly they refuse to refund unless I sign a written statement that I won’t leave a review. This seems like blackmail to me. I am now pursuing a claim for both the job and the damage via the small claims courts.
